Python follows Zoe, a brilliant programmer hard at work on one of the most anticipated games in years. But when the release is compromised, Zoe is plunged into a terrifying world of trolling and toxicity.

Based on extensive research and Inspired by the events of #Gamergate, Python is a frenzied and forensic look at the internet’s capacity for harassment and abuse.

Python was presented for three Off-Broadway performances at Theatre Row as part of the 2024 Australian Theatre Festival NYC. It was the Runner Up for their inaugural New Play Award, as well as a finalist for the Shane and Cathryn Brennan Prize for Playwriting and the Stoddart Playwright Award.
